Pilates
Pilates is a exercise method focusing on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Created by Joseph Pilates in early 1900s, it's known for precise controlled movements and breathing techniques. Many people find Pilates improves posture, muscle tone, flexibility and overall health. Whether on a mat or using a reformer machine, Pilates helps enhance physical and mental well-being.
In 2023, I started my Pilates journey and instantly fell in love. The blend of strength, flexibility and mindfulness spoke to me in a way no other workout had before. Determined to share this passion with others, I decided to become a Pilates instructor.
By early 2024, I completed my Mat & Reformer Certificate through Breathe Education, equipping myself with the skills to guide others on their own Pilates journey.
I'm a firm believer in fearless movement for everyone. In my classes, I prioritise creating an environment where my clients feel empowered, supported and most importantly, have fun.
Pilates isn't just a workout routine for me—it's a lifestyle. It leaves me feeling stretched, supple, and strong, both physically and mentally. From my very first class, I knew I had found "my thing."
Outside of the studio, I've called East Gippsland home for the past decade. I'm a proud parent of two, a lifelong horse lover and an avid enthusiast of astrology. Currently, I'm pursuing my Bachelor of Psychology, driven by a passion for understanding the complexities of the human mind and supporting others on their journey of self-discovery.
